Industrial rope of special construction has its first customer. It is a Polish coal mine, which is part of the state-owned mining company Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa.
The hoisting rope is designed for transporting people and cargo and boasts the following specific features. It is filled with plastic inside to prevent a reduction in internal friction during its operation. Another special feature is the special surface of the wires from which it is braided. This makes the rope more resistant to corrosion.
We were awarded the contract for CZK 5 million in a public tender. A total of four ropes were supplied, each 1100 metres long, wound on wooden drums. The expedition took place at the end of 2022.
